(Hybrid)About the role:As an AM Supply Chain in Channel Operations you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective management of the supply chain. You will be responsible for overseeing the procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes to support the companys operations. Your efforts will contribute to the timely delivery of products and services to Channel & Customers while optimizing costs and quality.Your Impactful Goals will include:

• Ensuring smooth operations of regional orders for physical and virtual inventory
• Keep management updated with ongoing projects progress status and delivery timelines
• SKU planning in terms of Art works, PRs, time of readiness, MOQ definition, system integrations and end to end testing
• Monthly forecasting of all stock based on demand, trends and upcoming campaigns
• Monthly raising of PRs in atlas for new stock including but not limited to RSTK, Replacement SIMs, E-Load SIMs, E-Load Replacement, Data SIMs and Scratch Cards (there can be more SKUs depends upon need or new category inclusion)
• Timely stock readiness of SIMs includes Pairing, Packaging, provisioning and marking
• Error free readiness of stock includes proper provisioning of numbers at all nodes of network and to make sure proper packaging benchmarks are met at vendor end
• 100% stock readiness of all SKUs so that it can be allocated to regions at start of every month
• Buffer stock maintenance in all SKUs to survive for at-least 90 days
• Dormant numbers planning and analysis
• Dormant numbers manual batch creations in excel and uploading of batches in tracker system for pairing
• New NDC planning, working and execution
• To manage new or Adhoc requests related to supply chain pertinent to inventory or warehouse etc.
• Maintenance of virtual number inventory (BYN), includes numbers availability, numbers tagging in systems and numbers uploading also responsible for BYN issues
• Active support to regions for issues related to orders and inventory, includes swift troubleshooting and timely fixture
• Proactive approach towards new ideas for operational efficient processes and business supportive initiatives

Your Typical day at work

• Intensive follow-ups with stakeholders to get stock timely ready includes sourcing and technology
• Sourcing teams to be followed up for RSTK availability, numbers pairing, SIMs packaging and ready for ordering, whereas technology to be followed up for numbers provisioning on all networks i-e CRM, CBS, Provident, HLR and CGW
• Daily issues troubleshooting and making sure of timely resolution with support of technology
• Dormant numbers planning and availability of numbers for packed inventory and for virtual numbers(BYN)
• Management of stakeholders so that deliverable are completed on time
• Daily keep tracking of inventory readiness against all SKU
• Catering of any Adhoc requests related to supply chain (SIMs lifting, consumption or other data analysis of numbers)
• Reporting & Forecasting on Daily / Weekly & Monthly basis to Management as per Requirement

What we are looking for?Education: Bachelor?s/Master?s Degree PreferredWork experience:

• Should possess basic knowledge of S&D (Channel/Applications/Solutions/Processes etc.)
• Experience in S&D, Supply Chain, IT and Reporting will have added advantage.
• Understanding of systems work flows includes primarily Tracker, CRM and WMS other are CBS, HLR, Provident and CGW

• Good Reporting and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of database development/Management/optimization will be an added advantage.
