  • The AM Sales Coordination is a critical role in working closely with Sales and supply teams to ensure demand fulfillment.
  • Working throughout the whole sales cycle, you will end-to-endo end Sales Operations and Administration processes.
  • From day one, you will roll up your sleeves, be ready to learn, and bring your previous experiences to contribute.
Responsibilities:
  • Collection and discussion of forecasts with sales teams to drive revenue forecasting.
  • Support target setting from goal to attainment.
  • Product allocation to different warehouses on daily basis.
  • Weekly analysis of the stock in warehouses and proactively devise a plan to ensure product availability.
  • Analytical reporting for the commercial function.
  • Collection of key data from sales monthly meetings and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure execution.
  • Support in the automation journey to build efficiency.
  • Analyze supply and demand issues. Prepares all data, metrics, and scenarios to be discussed during S&OP meetings.
