Its teaching hospital, the Aga Khan University Hospital has been accredited by the prestigious Joint Commission International for achieving the highest international healthcare standards.Centre of Excellence for Trauma and Emergencies (CETE) Through its flagship Pakistan Life Savers Programme (PLSP), CETE aims to train 10 million Pakistani citizens in basic lifesaving skills of hands-only CPR and bleeding control. The incumbent will be responsible for various activities related to the research project. These include overall management and supervision of research project and staff and will also manage the day-to-day activities and organize meetings with stakeholders, study PI and research staff.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:

• reviewing, designing, and implementing systems for impact monitoring and evaluation
• setting up operational arrangements for timely collection, analysis, and reporting project data
• supporting the project management in providing and communicating evidence of impact
• conducting impact assessment, research, longitudinal studies
• supporting Project Coordinators in the preparation of Project Oversight Committee/Project Coordination Committee meetings and preparing reports for these committees
• producing high-quality progress reports for donors on quarter/biannual and annual basis in accordance with approved reporting formats and timing
• preparing and delivering, project briefing sessions/orientation workshops, with support from other project staff leading the PLSP mid-term and end project evaluation
• preparing quarterly overview of operational and quality indicators for each component of the project
• supporting in institutional events, workshops, and seminars as required
• supporting and working closely with the PLSP management and field staff to collect and document project outcomes, impact and/or success stories
• providing assistance to the Project Coordinators in preparing high quality progress reports
• analyzing these reports in terms of problems and actions needed
• reviewing monitoring reports and analyzing them to identify the causes of potential bottlenecks in project implementation.
• ensuring data collection & safely stored in database
• assisting and logistics management of day-to-day activities and organize meetings with stakeholders.

• a Master?s degree in Social/Natural Sciences (preferably statistics, mathematics), or other relevant field, preferably with a specialization in monitoring and evaluation from an HEC recognized or reputable foreign university/institution
• at least five (5) years of related work experience in the development sector including monitoring and evaluation
• at least five (5) years of related work experience in the development sector including monitoring and evaluation
