Job Description

Job Role: Assistant Manager Electrical & InstrumentationJob Location: Rahim Yar Khan Factory *Candidate should be willing to relocate.MAIN JOB PURPOSELead technically with hands-on expertise in the Troubleshooting, Programming Maintenance and Repair of Processing, Filling and Packaging Equipment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide Electrical and Automation supports for Repairs and Maintenance of electrical systems such as:

  • Building/industrial wiring.
  • Distribution panels and Motor Control Centers.
  • Power generation and distribution equipment.
  • Electromechanical/PLC controls/Programming/HMIs.
  • Lightening and Energy.
  • Factory Energy Monitoring | Losses/Improvements.
  • Install, operate, troubleshoot, repair and maintain control systems/equipment.
  • Provide assistance in handling contractors on medium scale Repair and Maintenance and Projects. He is also expected to prepare simple work instructions, perform site inspections, monitor activities and check quality of workmanship at site.
  • Assist in performing audits and execution of corrective action to ensure compliance of Electrical Installations with Safety requirements of Unilever SHE-PAR and related standards, concerned Local and National codes/Laws and other recognized organizations.
  • Prepare work orders and purchase requisitions.
  • Prepare or organize documentation requirements for Repairs and Maintenance
    • Maintain Equipment Wise Wiring diagrams, P&IDs, SLDs
    • Procedures for operations and maintenance for Processing, Filling and Packing Machines.
    • Maintain Equipment/Spares list.
    • Enable Visual controls
    • Critical Equipment Condition Monitoring Tests and Calibration reports
    • R & M Service reports Submission and Execution.
    • SHE-TPM documents- OPL, OFI, Kaizens, SBO, QBO etc.
  • Performs detailed safety audits and recommend corrective actions on electrical equipment and/or installations.
  • Designated as ?Instructed person? to operate and maintain medium voltage equipment.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • B.E Electrical & Instrumentation Degree, B.E Electrical, B.E Mechatronics
  • 4 to 5 years of working experience preferably from FMCG background.
