Landhi PlantJob Summary:This role will facilitate the administrative operations, including the Credit and debit notes from customers as per policies and procedures that optimize distribution processes and ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.Manage processes for Credit notes, FOC claims at national level, Distributor and Vendor agreements, and Depletion of products.Major Responsibilities:

  • Proceed Credit and debit notes from customers including stock, complaints, and discounts
  • Prepare discount claims for distributors
  • Process distributors and service vendors agreements
  • Verify and proceed distributors? Free of cost (FOC)˙ claims with respect to IMS, price, and Trade partnership program˙
  • Prepare timely depletion letters for near-expiring products and update the concerns for execution
  • Validate transporters and service providers bills through the approved rate list
  • Managing products complaints and complaint samples and furthering them to Quality assurance department
  • Provide support for control of supplies for Distribution department and keep track record of documents
  • Managing relevant Standard operating procedure documents (SOPs)
Education/Knowledge & Experience:
  • Bachelor preferably MBA
  • 3-5 years? experience in Pharma / FMCG company in similar capacity
  • Knowledge of MS Office & ERP system
