Assistant Manager, Bed Management OfficeEntity: AgaKhan University HospitalLocation: KarachiIntroduction to the Aga Khan University: AgaKhan University Hospital invites applications for the position of AssistantManager, Bed Management Office.Job Role / Responsibilities:You will report to the Manager and responsible to facilitateService Line for safe patient allocation and timely access to beds for ourpatients in coordination with the relevant teams. You also expectedtoperformsupport activities of resource Management by coordinating with theservice lineand provide timely updates to respective hospital managementabout the status of hospital activities.Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:

  • BScN from a recognized school of nursing; Masters in Nursing will be preferred
  • Valid registration from Pakistan Nursing Council
  • 5-7 years of clinical/administrative experience
  • better knowhow of current clinical and research literature and is familiar with nursing quality assurance and continuous quality improvement
  • effective skills in problem solving and crisis management
  • leadership skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • excellent teaching skills.
