Handling all ER & legal issues of the plant as per strategic requirement
Managing relationship with contractual staff and service providers
Creating a smooth interface between management & CBA to implement business thrusts on time
Addressing concerns of all relevant stakeholders (Unions & management of the factories, legal representatives & government institutions)
Ensuring the team produces desired results on capability development, discipline & manpower planning, and service providers
Leading the Capability plans of the site with the plans defined through the TNA?s and competence evaluations
Driving the mood and morale of the people through engagement interventions
Ensuring the governance of HR KPI?s and building the actions plans around to ensure improvements
Ensuring smooth on-boarding of the new hires
Driving wage and salary administration of the plant personnel on time in full of 100% accuracy
