Overview Validation of FG BOM?s, Product hierarchy, Accounting & Costing view of Material Master form of Raw material and Stores & Spares. Coordinate with Ops teams & 3rd party auditors for monthly stock count activities and inventory recons. Scrap Sales invoicing and customer ledgers reconciliation along with Petty Cash expense booking and reimbursement. Responsibilities Coordinate monthly Stock count activities and review Raw material, Production and FG recons Monthly RM, FG and S&S Reserves entry in SAP and maintain its movement. Follow-up of BCAs and destruction of obsolete materials Provide analytical support to Financial Analyst - Reporting & Inventory with variance analysis and other agreed upon KPI?s on monthly basis Post JVs & prepare ME closing schedules related to Inventory Verification of monthly inventory movement schedules of RM, FG & S&S BOMs, Product hierarchy, Material Master and Scrap Customer creation forms validation Invoicing of Scrap Sales and daily system-based circulation of customer balances Scrap Sales invoicing and customer ledgers reconciliation. Comparison of Actual vs STD cost, calculation of conversions/PMAC and preparation of period cost schedule at month end Prepare and enter month end post CO JV for DAPLR Perform Quarterly Control Testing of Key Controls related to I2C Posting of Agro freight Invoices, prepare payments batches and submit to treasury team for onward payments to the vendors Booking and tracking of Agro Freight accruals on monthly basis Coordinate with Master data team for updation of Cost elements, Cost centers, Assessment cycles and MOH activities Prepare inventory schedule for quarterly BSR Support Process/Control Owners during risk assessments to mitigate emerging risks & improve controls effectiveness of I2C process. Timely closure of gaps identified by modifying process and test scripts Preparation of Monthly Balance Sheet Accounts? reconciliation vs General Ledger to be uploaded in Blackline Support production for the correct determination of next year?s Scrap Factor Qualifications Qualifications: MBA /ACCA/CA (Part Qualified) Experience: 5+ Years Finance Experience
