Overview JOB PURPOSE Responsible for operations, maintenance and troubleshooting of utilities equipment including absorption chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, pumps, gas generators, LPG & Nitrogen handling facilities, Boilers etc. Responsibilities PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES The required candidate would be responsible for maintenance, operation & troubleshooting of utilities equipment including absorption chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, pumps, gas generators, LPG & Nitrogen handling facilities, etc. The candidate should be fully versed & knowledgeable about predictive & preventive maintenance & must be computer literate. He would be responsible for developing the SOPs for the utility equipment. Hands-on experience on utility equipment operations & maintenance is a must. Flexibility and endurance in a challenging environment are the key for this job. Computer knowledge is a must. Maintain good housekeeping and product safety in order to ensure compliance against AIBI, IPS, FSSC 22000 and CRP standards. In addition to these accountabilities, any task/assignment/project assigned by Line Manager will become part of JD. Ensure compliance of HSE rules and procedure as per PepsiCo safety policy KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) Flexibility and endurance in a challenging environment. Computer knowledge. Multi-skilling and tasks. Qualifications EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED Knowledge/Skill Experience Competencies Diploma of Associate Engineering in Mechanical/ Engineering 2-4 years in similar capacity Capable to handle utilities operations independently.
