Overview Responsible for the execution of regular maintenance, trouble shooting and preventive maintenance of all type of E&I equipment?s in shift & shutdown in Packaging Responsibilities The required candidate would be responsible for executing the maintenance & trouble-shooting of Ishida weighers, Atlas Bag makers, Inspiria Bag makers, TNA bag makers, metal detectors, date codes, Rockwell PLC, KMG controllers, turn table & take out conveyors, tapping machines, electrical & instrumentation equipments, including, Field panels, motors, Pneumatics (SOV, Cylinders, actuators, valves, control valves), Heaters, temp sensing devices, VFD?s, Optical sorter system, electronic boards, metal detectors, SCADA and Process instruments. Operation of power distribution system including but not limited to Generators, UPS, transformers, electricals switch gear. The required candidate would be responsible for executing the Electrical maintenance & trouble-shooting of food Packaging machines The candidate will be responsible for complete preventive maintenance, completion of pending tasks, dig down of chronic issues in his assigned plant area. He will be responsible for review & maintain the critical parts inventory of his assigned plant area. He will be responsible for repair management and utilization of Electronic devices to reduce the consumption of new parts. He will be responsible to develop himself for maintenance of complete plant installations. He will be responsible for developing monthly performance report of his assigned plant area. He will be responsible for effective daily shift report writing. He will be responsible to initiate Kaizen & improvements to reduce down time in his assigned plant area He will be responsible to learn & comply with food safety regulations & principals. Qualifications Knowledge/Skill Experience Competencies Diploma of Associate Engineering in Electrical/Electronics 2 to 3 years in a similar capacity Sound knowledge of handling situations independently
