The Team identifies, measures, manages and controls compliance-related risks while monitoring and testing the adequacy of the compliance control environment.Analytics Solutions Manager: Hyderabad, IndiaMinimum Skills, Experience and Qualifications

    • Work independently and collaboratively (as needed) within the team to achieve the desired outcomes of an analytical project.
    • Produce regular compliance reporting for senior management within the business and Compliance department
    • Assist in the prioritization of all analytical requests
    • Administer responses to inquiries from regulators, auditors, and senior management
    • Evaluate current monitoring methods and business quality assurance processes to assess and independently challenge their effectiveness to mitigate regulatory risk
    • Effectively contribute to key priority initiatives within CCOR (Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk Management) with collaboration and input among various LOB and global Compliance groups within JPMorgan Chase
    • Ability to create and present results and timely escalate to all levels of senior and executive management
    • Proactively recommend & develop requirements & controls for target state environment, which will have end-to-end automation of Analytics as well as of Compliance Monitoring Governance
Additional Skills, Experience and Qualifications
    • BA/BS degree, advanced degree in quantitative fields, engineering, computer science, or mathematics preferred
    • Strong Leadership, communication and presentation skills
    • 3+ years of relevant work experience (e.g., top banks, consulting firms).
    • Strong Interpersonal Skills; motivate project team members and interact effectively with all levels
    • Strong ability to efficiently manage concurrent assignments and quickly react to changing or competing priorities
    • Experience working with a variety of tools and techniques (R, SAS, Python, Tableau, Teradata, TOAD, Cognos, Alteryx, Xceptor, etc.)
    • Proven ability to strategically manage complex, highly-visible analytical projects from concept through implementation
    • Knowledge in compliance and audit theories and applications.
    • Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency and meet critical deadlines.
    • Strong skills with PowerPoint (being able to take the information and present for executive level).
    • Strong Microsoft Excel, Visio and Word skills and good sense of using and navigating systems
    • Strong Interpersonal Skills; motivate project team members and interact effectively with all levels
    • Previous experience with management of sensitive, highly visible projects
