Description :Grade Level: L1Location: IslamabadLast date to apply: 3 March, 2023What is Analyst PMO- (ERP)?Analyst PMO (Project Management Office) is a key contributor in devising, coordinating and implementation of finance & business digital solutions, ERP (Oracle / SAP), and finance process revamp, by utilizing project management best practices while managing stakeholders, cross functional teams and on-spot problem resolution.The role reports directly to the Manager Business Process Re-engineering.What does Analyst PMO- (ERP) do?

  • Provide the ERP (Oracle / SAP) and finance projects with agile or waterfall planning, execution management, governance, and reporting support
  • Monitor and track milestones and schedules; inclusive of status, dependencies, achievements, and risks/issues
  • Organize and conduct escalation, blocker removal, and status meetings
  • Uncover, triage, and highlight impediments impacting an on-time project completion
  • Prepare content for steer co and periodic status reviews
  • Coordinate across project stakeholders and assist with internal and external communication
  • Capture and maintain PM documentation
  • Analyzing business and finance processes for achieving process efficiency and digitalization

  • What are we looking for and what does it require to be an Analyst PMO- (ERP)?
    • Bachelor?s or master?s degree, ACCA/ACA would be an added advantage
    • Potential certifications include: Agile, LEAN Six Sigma, Prosci, CBPA
    • Approximately 3+ years of related work experience as PMO for end-to-end ERP (Oracle / SAP) full life cycle implementation.
    • Strong communication skills, especially around breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of stakeholders, at all levels
    • Ability to formulate and articulate questions to facilitate a quick understanding of finance processes
    • Exhibit excellent teamwork & collaboration
