?Introduction:Aga Khan University, chartered in 1983 as Pakistans first private international university, is committed to the provision of education, research, and health care of international standard relevant to Pakistan and the region.The Department of Community Health Sciences (CHS) is the leading unit of its type in Pakistan, recognized regionally and internationally for the relevance, quality, and extent of its work in support of public health and the development of primary health care systems. It comprises of five major operational sections: Epidemiology & biostatistics, Health policy & management, Population & reproductive health, Environmental health, and non-communicable diseases & mental health. The Master of Science in Public Health programmed (MSPH) launched this year offers high-quality competency-based curriculum innovative education. The professionals are prepared to analyze, solve, and address the public health-related challenges faced by countries like Pakistan. With the objective of producing strong leaders, the programme enables professionals to significantly contribute to society. The programme is recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) in Pakistan.Responsibilities:You will be responsible to:

• coordinate admissions process for the MSPH program(s) offered by the department
• assist in dissemination of admission announcements to all prospective institutions, organizations and individuals
• filing and record keeping
• scrutinizing applications; Preparing admission evaluation reports and lists for admission committees
• coordinate with admissions office for admission test and other related matters
• coordinate all logistical arrangements for the program(s)
• develop and maintain databases for all information in the program i.e: Course Outlines and teaching material; Faculty teaching hours; Semester enrolments
• coordinate with Registrar?s Office regarding students? registration, physical exams, seating arrangements and memberships at various University units. Also facilitate students for their routine administrative matters
• make logistical arrangements and assist faculty in exams invigilation
• keep the record of all the old and new semester course material, files and documents
• assist in printing and uploading of course material and documents on VLE
• communicate with students as a focal person related to monthly teaching schedule and assignments
• logistics arrangements for welcome week and assist the Program Director and faculty.
• arrangement of admission interviews for program faculty
• assist in preparation of Alumni record and contacts
• handle program related correspondence with different stakeholders within and outside the University
• provide information to the potential candidates through Program?s centralized email and assist them accordingly
• prepare semester and examination review schedule for timely dissemination
• coordinate program committee meetings, take minutes and disseminate decisions/ information to concerned officials
• coordinate with Program, Sessional & Visiting faculty with regard to their teaching assignments, scheduling of classes etc
• ensure timely availability of reading resources material to the students
• act as a VLE assistant for the program, faculty and students
• ensure collection of students? feedback on prescribed online teaching evaluation form and maintain its records
• coordinate Student Evaluation of Teaching (SET) with the relevant office and ensure timely provision of evaluation to the faculty
• ensure bookings of venues, classrooms, lecture halls and computer lab
• assist in preparation of periodic documents, reports and material for Network of Quality Teaching & Learning (QTL_Net) office
• ensure high level of accuracy and maintain strict follow up and timelines of all the teaching & learning activities
• coordination of the DRC procedure with students and with the DRC chair
• any other administrative task as assigned by the Program Director / Department Manager.

• at least aMasters Degree in Business Administration/Public health(Additional qualification would be an added advantage)
• a minimum of 2 to 3 years relevant experience
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• proficient in using Microsoft Office; knowledge of relational database will be an asset
• fluency in written and spoken English and Urdu
• ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
• ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• good customer-orientation
• commitment to work on Saturdays, with one weekday off in lieu.
