  • Technical and architectural assessment of customer requirements vs. solution & Connectivity portfolio for business scope documentation.
  • Support sales channel in achieving their target.
  • Lead / guide support functions to uplift B2B customer experience.
  • Contribute in key areas of product lifecycles improvement and user journeys.
  • Liaison with Segment, partner and Sales Channel channels to increase the product uptake.
  • Build industry ecosystem partnerships to support product portfolio.
  • Ensure smooth stakeholder and project management for quality solution delivery.
  • Take initiatives which trigger cost optimization.
Your Typical day at work
  • Coordinate closely with Sales Channels to support the achievement of product revenue targets.
  • Attend customer meetings/engagements to gather requirements for solution provisioning.
  • Manage stakeholders across functions (Sales, Technology, System & Process, Channel Planning, Finance, Product Development, Customer Support, etc.) for the achievement of various strategic and operational KPIs.
  • Translate customer problems into detailed technical architecture and interfaces into detailed scope document.
  • Plan sales strategies in response to market and competitors? behavior.
  • Gather and share new information & insights about market development from customer interactions and market research.
  • Frequently interact with customers articulating value through strong selling and relationship skills.
  • Forecast revenue projections in view of sales pipeline and conversion probability.
  • Conduct market size prospecting and prepare business cases to assess the viability of potential business opportunities.
  • Hold trainings and refreshers of ES Products for Sales Channels.
  • Prepare and present analysis and insights on the health of the portfolio to the Management.
  • Take corrective measures to ensure growth and stability across product streams.
  • Practice Agile/Scrum way of work for daily tasks.
  • Engage and solve Level 1 and Level 2 support queries from the clients.
What are we looking for?Education: Bachelors in Software Engineering, Telecom/Computer Science/MBA or EquivalentWork Experience: Minimum 3 years of product management experience preferably within the enterprise solutions vertical with service and solution sales knowledge.Potential Career PathHorizontal opportunities to grow into Product Manager (Other Solutions Verticals) or vertical opportunities as Manager Presale (ES & IoT Products).Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas
  • Subject matter expert on SaaS and PaaS Solutions with in-depth knowledge of Platforms, suites, and their working.
  • Solution Architecture and solution scoping experience.
  • Preferably experience with frequent customer contact and interaction with ES Sales & Service knowledge.
  • Knowledge in Solution architectures, languages, authentication platforms, secure domains, data bases.
  • Design thinking capabilities to innovate and develop a creative solution for a problem.
  • Strong Interpersonal and business communication skills.
  • Drive for self-learning and improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • B2B/Corporate account management and sales experience
