Job Description

Position Title: AM- CS Excellence and Digital TransformationLocation: Karachi Head OfficePurpose of Job:We are looking for individuals who are capable of analysing the strengths and weaknesses of supply chain processes and crafting long lasting solutions. The person on the role will be playing an integral part in identifying the gaps and reducing complexities in the system to make it easier for end users. CS transformation lead is expected to have strong problem solving skills and clear and effective communication with stakeholders. The individual will be responsible to lead all conversations regarding CS digitization on all forums and with all functions. We, as a transformation team, aim to reduce manual workings by 60% by the end of H1 to unlock greater efficiency and add more value to the system.Key Responsibilities

  • Driving the transformation and simplification agenda for Customer services.
  • Working closely with operations team to deep dive on the current ways of working and devising plans to simplify.
  • Actively participating in transfomation connects.
  • Taking new initiatives and putting innovative ideas on the table.
  • Providing technical expertise and troubleshooting support.
  • Taking global learnings and facilitate implemenation of best practices for Pakistan.
  • Carrying out all the tasks with full dedication.
Key Requirements
  • University degree in Business or Engineering with 2-3 years of relevant industrial experience.
  • Clearly Understanding of Supply chain processes.
  • Agile and quick learner
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of SAP processes
  • Proficiency in Programming
  • Knowledge of Automation Tools
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
