Last Date to Apply:21st August, 2022Employment Type:This is a full-time position.Grade:This is a grade 2 position.Location:This role is based in Islamabad, Pakistan.Flexibility model: HybridAbout the Role:AM Business Performance Management will work closely with company financials, preparing forecasts and ensuring timely and accurate reporting with analysis to group and internal management. This position is located in Islamabad and reports to Sr Manager Business Planning and Operational ExcellenceYour Impactful Goals will include:

• Delivery of quarterly forecast for Telenor Pakistan?s P and L, Balance sheet and Cashflows with analysis on key drivers and trends
• Delivery of Annual strategic financial plan for the business
• Analyze trends/variances to provide a solid basis for decision-making
• Preparation and Delivery of various presentations to Management and Group Stakeholders
• Being a constant liaison with stakeholders both outside and within Finance for various deliverables
• Bring innovation and more insights into the process and presentation of performance management

Your Typical Day will look like:The typical day would include simultaneous execution of one or more of the following deliverables:

• Preparing, executing and improving financial models for forecasting/reporting
• Tracking, reporting and following up on OE initiatives to track the actual performance against target
• Carrying out driver based analysis of Revenue, Costs and Cashflow trends and being responsible for providing decision support to finance management
• Effectively carrying out ad-hoc analysis as demanded by management to support decision making and to provide key insights
• Prepare and ensure, accurate and effective reporting of actuals vs forecast on a monthly basis
• Coordinating with various department stakeholders as Finance POC for the Forecasting and Strategy process
• Serving as a liaison on performance management deliverables and presentations
• Assisting in preparation of presentations towards various tiers of Local and Group management
• Manage and Present various presentations and analysis in front of different stakeholders
• Being on a constant look out for improvement, innovation and automation in way of work

The candidate can eye a potential growth path in Business Planning and Analysis, other finance teams and Analytical roles in other divisions.What were looking for:Education: ACCA, CA (Finalist) or Masters Degree in business and/or financeWork experience: Industry experience of Minimum 2-3 years in Analytical roles (Telecom and/or Business Planning experience is preferred)Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:

• Sound knowledge of Finance and Accounting
• Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
• Excellent analytical skills such as variance, trend, forecast and driver based analysis
• Good understanding of the revenue/cost drivers of a typical mobile operator
• Ability to dig deeper into details to understand the ?drivers behind the numbers?
• Excellent communications skills with proficiency in Verbal and Written English language
• Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize/deprioritize on-the-go
• Good Time-management and follow-up skills
• Self-drive ability and motivation to undertake responsibilities and work without supervision
• Motivation to learn, explore and stay flexible in the way of work
• Ability to bond and adjust within the team and department
