Position Type: Full-timeWorking Hours: EST 9 AM - 5 PMAbout Pavago:Pavago is seeking a proactive Account Manager. This role is vital for ensuring seamless coordination of accounts, transactions, and dispositions. The ideal candidate will excel in both organizational and communication skills, driving the success of our operations by efficiently managing accounts and ensuring timely follow-ups. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including acquisition and disposition managers, to enhance business processes and improve operational effectiveness. Your role will involve coordinating transactions, managing CRM tasks, and supporting post-deal activities to ensure smooth workflows.Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Oversee all accounts in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups, categorization, and execution of drip campaigns. Call accounts to confirm appointments and update account statuses from initial contact to long-term follow-ups. Manage property viewing schedules, calculate drive time, and ensure all appointments are logged and completed.
  • Transaction Coordination: Prepare contracts, coordinate with acquisition managers, and handle transaction-related tasks. Ensure contracts are signed, deadlines are met, and due diligence dates are recorded in the CRM. Work with title companies, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless property transactions.
  • Property Research: Conduct detailed research on properties scheduled for viewing. Gather essential information, such as market data and property tax information, using tools like county clerk and property search databases.
  • Dispositions Support: Assist the disposition manager with selling properties. Review relevant materials, manage agreements in Docusign, and support the sales process post-signing. Ensure all transaction-related documents are prepared, reviewed, and processed.
