Candidate must have at least 3-4 shutdowns - Turnaround experience. Gulf Experience is must.Rigger a) Must have completed minimum secondary education and certified as rigger. b) Minimum 8 years of experience in oil and gas / petrochemical industry as rigger c) Must have a good understanding of QA/QC and HSE compliance procedures, HSSE requirements on lifting equipment d) Must be able to examine the loads, estimate the and weight. e) Familiar with rigger communication methods, (hand signals, radios etc) f) Capable of inspecting the slings, ropes, hooks and lifting gears for damages such as cracks, wear, corrosion and report. g) Knowledge of hazards and safety precautions in the rigger trade. Pipe Fitter a) Must have experience and be able to hydro test pipe-systems and static equipment. Must have more than 3 years experience in pipefitting work in the Petrochemical or Power Generation industry. b) Educational qualifications: ONC or equivalent relevant discipline or standard based qualification (NVQ level 3) or equivalent. Nb. May be required to undertake Competency Based test witnessed by the COMPANY Discipline Engineer. c) Must have a good understanding of QA/QC and HSE compliance audits. d) Must be able to read isometric drawings. e) Must have experience in and be able to fit all piping as per isometrics. f) Must be able to make proper weld preparation including hi-low. g) Must be able to fit a 45-degree pipe-to-pipe connection.
