Designation Business Development Manager - QATAR Division/Department Reports To Regional Sales Head - DubaiEducation Qualification Bachelors degree in business or related field. Desired Experience (in years): 7 + years of experience Relevant Industry Experience (in years): 3 + years of experience Job location: Qatar Relevant Industry experience Maritime time industry experience will be preferred i.e., worked in/with offshore and high seas vessel owners, ship management companies, shipyards, boat builders, marine navigation & communication equipment manufacturers/ suppliers/ service providers etc. Should be based in Qatar and possessing valid local driving license. Minimum 02+ years of work experience in Qatar with corporate sector. Job Responsibilitiesú Maintaining customer relationship and contact, personal and for associates, via weekly/ monthly visits, meetings, calls. ú Assisting/ inputs from market to design and implementation of customized sales strategies as per customer profile. (In coordination with Sales Head) ú Keep the self and associates updated with the latest business news, developments, changes in the local marketú Leads generation/ execution from assigned portfolio and introducing new customers.ú Responsible for the sales process Quotation, Order, Contracts, Follow up.ú Responsible to achieve Booking and Billing/ GP Target assigned.ú Prepare biweekly forecast of Booking, Billing/ GP and giving strategy update.ú Check and follow up orders, contracts with help of coordinators and updating CRM.ú Accountable for its own sales receivable. Helping accounts in follow up and collections.Desired Skill Set (eg. Communication, excel skill)ú Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.ú Experience in customer relationship management.ú Hand on Experience in Tender managementú Experience managing and directing a sales team.ú Excellent written and verbal communication skills.ú Dedication to providing great customer service.ú Ability to lead a sale team
