Sr. Planning Manager

Job Description

Qualification: Bachelor / Master?s in civil engineering.Experience: 10-17 years experience in People and Project Management.Role Objective: Sr. Manager Planning is responsible to establish planning functions at Projects as per the guidelines laid out in Management Systems Procedures. He will ensure the plans are prepared, updated, monitored and revised as per the system procedures and on circumstances with justifications.Duties & Responsibilities:-? Guide site planning engineer in preparing Construction Schedule and Program for the project and its monitoring. Revisions of the same against variation, additional work and on circumstances.? Establishing and implementation of MIS for the project as per the MSP of Organization. Preparing of Business Plan of project as a whole and its revisions with cause analysis. Monitoring of Business Plan against actual with reasons. Monthly Projections for the project and its monitoring.? Monthly financial/physical projections with projections of resources for the next month by 21st of the month. 12 months Rolling Projections for Equipment and Manpower by 22th of every month. Monthly Performance Report of projects by 15th of every month.? Prepare Business Plan original and quarterly revisions if required in time with cause and root analysis and monitor the business plan.? Preparation, review and revision of master Budgets and revisions for the Project of unit with cause and root analysis in line with the project schedule and scope.? Prepare and update the organization charts on monthly basis. Get the project schedules updated from the Project Planning function on fortnightly basis and prepare the report on the lapses and slippages.
