Job Objective: To participate in design development and to ensure general compliance of the works with shop drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.Detailed Duties & Responsibilities:1.ÿÿÿÿÿOversee construction projects from detailed design to completion to address the issues on the technical front.2.ÿÿÿÿÿReview and ensure action of material, shop drawings, sample, and mockups submittals.3.ÿÿÿÿÿReview and assist in approving reports related to site activities.ÿ4.ÿÿÿÿÿParticipate in architectural drawings coordination with all engineering disciplines and subcontractors? works.5.ÿÿÿÿÿSuggest and prepare if needed modification in architectural drawings.6.ÿÿÿÿÿParticipate in construction administration by ensuring the response to clarification requests.ÿ7.ÿÿÿÿÿManage the design work ensuring project goals are met, design instructions are implemented, and delivery is achieved within the set time and budget.8.ÿÿÿÿÿReview and assess all technical drafts, design changes, and proposals submitted to company ensure that they are in line with project vision.9.ÿÿÿÿÿEnsure all deliveries meet contractual conditions of equipment and systems performance by devising and instituting effective checks and balances.10.ÿÿOversee all onsite and offsite technical issues to monitor compliance with tender specifications.11.ÿÿCoordinate on technical issues with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure on schedule project delivery.12.ÿÿPrepare internal reports pertaining to job status to keep internal stakeholders apprised.13.ÿÿAnalyze, manage, and mitigate risks related to engineering and technical issues.14.ÿÿReview design documents and technical specifications.15.ÿÿEncourage knowledge sharing and collaboration across the engineering disciplines.16.ÿÿParticipate in reviewing the cost and time impact submitted by consultants and advise the project team the actual impact and mitigation measures.17.ÿÿMentoring, supervision, and management of junior staff.ÿAccountabilities: To ensure general compliance of the works with shop drawings, specifications and contract requirements
