Job Description

SUMMARYDepartment: Operation (Waste Management)Main function: Operation and control the activitiesReports to: Designated ManagerDirect Subordinates: Supervisor, Controllers and other subordinateRoles & Responsibilities:-1. Develop the Strategy and Execute to achieve Company goals2. Develop the departments long-term and short-term goals and objectives3. Prepare and recommend the department budget4. Monitor financial performance versus budget to keep track of costs and efficiencies5. Oversee the development and implementation of the departments policies, processes and procedures6. Deal with Beah and arrange emergency task as per operation requirements.7. Review systems, processes and ways of working and recommend effective solutions to improve the efficiency of the company8. Follow Telemetry system to know that activities of fleet.9. Oversee the day-to-day operations and report on a regular basis to the designated Manager on the operational activities10. Plan and direct the Information Technology function providing the right business solutions and technology adaptation11. Oversees contract coordination activities in order to ensure policies and procedures adequately meet requirements for both the immediate short term situation and the foreseeable future12. Maintain the Waste Management KPI13. Leads the overall security measures around tender documents sent by different departments within the company including legal and technical and any other related documentation so that tenders14. Directly or through supervisory staff selects, trains, motivates, and evaluates assigned personnel; provides or coordinates staff training; works with employees to correct deficiencies; implements discipline and termination procedures.15. Continually evaluates the services, policies, procedures and training requirements to ensure optimum customer service is provided.16. Plans, directs, coordinates, and reviews the work plan for solid and liquid waste operation, landfill maintenance, scale house operations, Prepare Plan and act according to the contract with Beah (Municipalities) of Oman, Manage bottom to top Operation of ARNV17. Assigns work activities and projects; monitors work flow and completion of work projects; reviews and evaluates work products, methods, and procedures; meets with staff to identify and resolve problems.18. Participates in the development landfill operations and maintenance annual budget; participates in forecasting funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials, and supplies; monitors and approves expenditures; implements adjustments.19. Manages and participates in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for assigned programs affecting the operations.20. Prepares analytical and statistical reports on operations and activities.Required Qualification and Experience:-1. Must have valid Driving license2. Any Nationality3. Presentable personality4.
