JOB DESCRIPTIONProject: Facilities Management on Operations (FMO)Job Title: Grounds / Vector Control OperatorCorporate Job Capsule & Title:Reports to: FMO Site LeadLocation: All FMO Sites2. Qualifications, Experience and SkillsMust be able to demonstrate experience regarding the following tasks.Good understanding of English language oral and writtenDriving licences with relevant experience and qualifications. Not essential but desirablePrevious experience of working with a multi-national work force.Able to work unsupervisedEssential:Team playerTo be a forward thinkingWorked in such a similar discipline.Good and Pleasant interpersonally skills3. Core Responsibilities and DutiesTo adhere to the Grounds Maintenance areas that pertains to the agreed location of work.To adhere to the vector control schedule that pertains to the agreed location for work.To ensure prior to any task being undertaken, that you have the correct tools / equipment to carry out the detailed taskTo ensure prior to any task being undertaken, that you have the correct PPETo ensure prior to any task being undertaken, that you have undertaken any training that pertains to the detailed taskTo ensure prior to any task being undertaken, that you have signed all associated FMO Quality / HSE documentation, such as but not limited to: (a) Risk Assessments (b) ToolBox Talks, (c) Site / Location Security DocumentationTo ensure that any grounds maintenance / vector control tasking / sign off sheets are signed off as per agreed working areas.At the end of each day all equipment that is / has been used during the day is cleaned and securely secured in preparation for the following days tasksTo inspect daily the tools and equipment that would be required for that days taskings to ensure that such tools and equipment are Fit-for-Purpose , if not then you are to report such defects to the Site Lead.To inform the Site Lead, on stock levels of consumables for both grounds and vector control.To follow all on site / location, security policies and proceduresNever take any risks when undertaking tasks that pertain to grounds maintenance and vector controlTo report to the Site Lead, any suspicious activities that you may see during your normal working dayPractice workplace safety.Attend daily staff briefings.Attend in training sessions and toolbox talks.Adhere to Health & Safety requirements at all times.To report any damages that may be seen during your normal working day, to report such damages to the Site Lead.To ensure that all tools / equipment and consumables used during your daily taskings are used as per the manufacturer’s instructions / COSHH assessments and locked away in supplied COSHH Cupboards.Do not discuss with a 3rd party outside of the site / location the business activities that take place on the site / locationAttend yearly updated training on Vector Control / COSHH and Grounds maintenance to maintain a safe working environment.Salary will discussed and finalized based on Qualification, experience, skills and Interview assessment by clientWhatsApp 0091 9811645433 (Available 24x7) Company Profile SKC Management Consultancy Pvt.
