The ideal candidate should hold a transferable Iqama and be available to join within 1-2 weeks.Role & Responsibilities:?Supervising and managing the onsite team for project deliverables including behavior and performance?Liaise with the project manager for timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of services?Coordination with the client for the additional requirements, discussing operational & technical issues.?Proposing technically and commercially about the system?s upgradation and the latest market trends.?Coordination with manufacturers for client systems issues, SLAs, services?Handling CMMS operations to log maintenance requests, closeout of the reported issues, and generate KPI & system / spare availability reports.?Managing the relationship of staff, clients, contractors, vendors?Planning, Preparing the project activities schedule in line with project deliverables?Ensuring invoices are accepted by clients by presenting, negotiating work completion?Preparation of Project documentation according to company documentation and client contract requirements?Follow and maintain the discipline including the safety regulations as per company and client site requirements?Travel to client sites as required and submission of expenses details?Ensuring the availability of tools, machinery required
