Job Description

A reputable company in New Cairo, Cairo is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and a strong understanding of payroll regulations and laws. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of the payroll process, including processing payroll, calculating and recording payroll deductions, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate payroll records, preparing payroll reports, and resolving any payroll-related issues or discrepancies.Responsibilities:

  1. Process payroll for employees accurately and timely
  2. Calculate and record payroll deductions, such as taxes, insurance, and retirement contributions
  3. Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations
  4. Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
  5. Prepare payroll reports for management
  6. Resolve any payroll-related issues or discrepancies
  7. Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations
  8. Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing
  3. Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
  4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  6. Experience with payroll software
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  8. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
