Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to join our team in New Cairo, Cairo. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in human resources management. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a thorough understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
  2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
  3. Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation
  4. Oversee employee relations and handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
  5. Manage performance management processes, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and performance improvement plans
  6. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies and procedures
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  9. Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues
  10. Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field
  2. Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role
  3. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and managers
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  7. Highly organized and able to prioritize and multitask
  8. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  9. Proficient in MS Office and HR software
  10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
