1- Searching for new customers and opening new export markets, in addition to communicating with old customers.2- Participate in planning advertising campaigns to stimulate exports to introduce the company?s activity and find opportunities for cooperation with sales and marketing companies in the targeted markets.3- Coordination with the factory?s production department in providing and matching exported products and achieving the quality and specifications of the goods contracted with distributors in foreign markets.4- Follow up on the executive procedures for export business, such as documentary credits, bank transfers, and insurance.5- Preparing monthly reports on the export situation, available opportunities, and threats facing the company regarding foreign markets, and submitting the report.6- Continuous follow-up of sales agents and brokers in the foreign market, evaluating their sales performance, receiving complaints, and solving sales problems.7- Establishing a system for obtaining continuous information from the foreign market and updating a database that includes all marketing information and special exhibitions for each export market.8- Completing all procedures related to export (following up production - planning - shipping - order documents).
