Estimation of fire alarm, emergency lighting (central battery and Central monitoring), Voice evacuation, Fire telephone and PAVA systems.
Effective communication skills in English and strong attention to details.
Extensive knowledge in Minimum requirements / Value engineering for estimating life safety systems.
Reviewing and validating the received documents from Client including specifications, drawings, etc.
Responsible for providing accurate and timely estimates for projects, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and within budgetary constraints.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members.
Experience in UAE / Gulf projects with basic knowledge in UAE Fire Life Safety Code.
