Job Description

Overview:We are looking for competitive, self-motivated individuals who have the drive to succeed and contribute to our next level of growth. B2B Business Development and Sales position (Indoor), communicating companies (in Europe and US).Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and develop strong relationships with potential & current clients.
  • Identifying target markets, generating and qualifying leads.
  • Regularly follow up on existing clients and respond to their inquiries.
  • Performing sales through phone calls or emails approaching clients in Europe and U.S.
  • Identify large opportunities and develop the actions necessary to win business.
  • Work with Project Management to implement sales strategies, identify opportunities, close sales, and motivate the team.
  • Prepare quotes for customers and follow up to convert quotes into projects.
  • Effectively communicate project specifications to Project Account Managers.
  • Provide customer support; manage client expectations in conjunction with the Project Managers.
  • Prepare proposals that meet the client?s needs and interests and ensure timely submission of proposals.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complains or objections.
