Coordinate with Cement SME / Specialist) for daily activities plan.b) Review cement execution program for critical jobs with DSV/PE and cementing supervisor.c) Review all the pre job required documents for effective compliance.d) Assure the quality of all critical cement jobs execution.e) Discuss the final cementing program prior to execution to DSV and PE.f) Attend conference calls at rig site prior to cement jobs (if required).g) QA/QC all cement materials at service provider yard prior to dispatch to rig site for allcritical cement jobs (if required, coordinate with company?s Focal point).h) QA/QC all cement blends and blending process at service provider yard prior to dispatch to rigsite for all critical cement jobs (if required, coordinate with company Focal point).i) Witness testing process for all critical cement jobs (as per critical job matrix) at service providerlab (if required).j) Investigate all cement failures from client field perspective (collect all job documents andensure all required samples are collected and sent to lab for further investigation).k) Ensure implementation of best practices of Cementing operation, make sure thecementing program followed and report any deviations.l) Regularly use performance data to identify opportunities for performance improvement.m) Review post Job packages and sent to client, including field performance / KeyPerformance Indicator review (as requested).n) Involve in cementing operations audits. (Coordinate with company Focal point).o) Supervise the new cement technology trial.p) Report learnings from Audit and witness critical jobs.q) Submit weekly Cement work sheet as per client approvedformat.r) Follow up on closeout of identified audit actions.
