Job Description

Collect the company details (Company name, Contact person, phone number, email and address, etc through different digital methods) in sector-wise to focus on the tele calling.Do the Tele-calling to the clients and introduce our services such as Recruitment and Manpower Supply.Explain to the client in detail on our Recruitment and Manpower services.If any potential clients are identified for recruitment then pass the message to the Recruitment Head immediately. If any clients are identified for Manpower outsourcing services then it has to be addressed to Manpower Admin and Operations immediately.After the call is disconnected with the client then enter all the details in the sales application on IMS.Send an introductory email to the client which is a standard format along with the company brochure.If any clients request for a meeting on the recruitment part then invite them to our office . If they are not able to reach in our office then encourage them for a Zoom Meeting.Organize and schedule the meeting with the clients. (Physical / Zoom).Once the schedule is confirmed with client (For Manpower services) on the date and time then forward the schedule to the Operations. (Daily report on the meeting has to be prepared).Make the follow-up calls in case any of the calls were not attended by the client.Maintain a record of the client visit (External & Internal) in the system.Follow up with the clients on the proposals submitted. (Recruitment and Manpower outsourcing ).Other duties as and when assigned in the Client Relationship AreaMeet the targeted calls per day.
