Desired Candidate Profile:Graduate Engineer with 8+ years? experience in FM services (MEP) jobs for large buildings, commercial properties, facilities. Gulf Experience will be an added advantage.Should possess hands-on-experience in the effective management of different types of Maintenance Contracts including Integrated Facilities Management Contracts, Specialist Service Contracts etc.; ensuring compliance to industry standards. Key Responsibilities: ? Overall responsible for operation and comprehensive maintenance contracts of FM MEP Services.? Responsible for leading a team to ensure smooth & trouble free operation of FM Services (MEP) pertaining to large integrated MEP projects viz. Sports Complexes, Entertainment centers, hotels, palaces, University Campus, High rise residential & commercial complexes.? Manage the manpower for the scheduled maintenance & provide technical assistance and energy audits of the existing plants & suggest for modification/replacements. Technical assistance for lower operation cost, monitor the operation cost.? Handle Service Delivery Operations of AMC and Warranty Installations of the Central Air-conditioning plants and handle the soft service providers, their routine activities and manpower. Monitor the execution of PPM activities for MEP equipment.? Conduct Safety and Site audits to check and ensure the plant in operation is in healthy condition and works are carried out are a safe manner and maintain highest level of customer satisfaction index by continuously meeting commitments for quality standards.? Prepare presentations to various Clients in order to develop desired FM business and attend meetings with Clients for negotiations and finalizing tenders/contracts. ? Maintain highest level of Client satisfaction index by continuously meeting commitments and targets.? Preparation of PPM for monthly, quarterly, yearly according to the equipment's and conducting Health Safety Environment training on various topics, following and maintain documents of HSE requirements.? To maintain good relationships with the client, consultant and develop a professional team to establish the company (BEC) as the FM contractor of choice.
