Duties & Responsibilities:? Responsible for understanding business requirements related to Investor Relationship Management and for translating those business requirements into a technical system design that includes the functional, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance components of those requirements. ? The Solution Architect / Senior Developer will also be responsible for leading a team of software engineers to develop and implement the solution. ? Understand the internal and external customer requirements.? Design a robust technical system architecture, encompassing functional, data, security, integration, infrastructure, and performance requirements, that meets both the current needs of the business and is scalable to meet the expected long-term growth and functionality requirements of the business.? Design the user interface for both internal and external customers.? Develop technical specifications and write technical documentation.? Provide expertise in the estimating and planning of new software delivery.? Oversee and mentor a team of software engineers to develop and implement the solution.? Plan and assign software development tasks to other team members.? Perform software development tasks, including coding, app development and web development, as necessary.? Review all code work for accuracy and functionality.? Participate in testing of the configured / developed functionality as per the specifications.Minimum Qualifications & Experience:? A recognized Bachelor?s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.? At least 5 years? experience in the design, development, and implementation of ERP, CRM or xRM solutions with at least two significant project in a lead solution architect role.? Certification related to solutions architecture would add value.? Demonstrated aptitude for creativity and innovation in software design.? Experience managing a team of software developers.? Experience with SharePoint 2013 is desirable.? Experience with Nintex workflow automation software is desirable. ? Strong knowledge of computer languages such as C#, ASP .Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL.? Strong background in coding.? Strong knowledge of user interfaces.? Experience with database creation and maintenance.? Experience with development of mobile-optimized websites and apps.? Experience with SharePoint Designer and building software components using Visual Studio. ? Experience deploying features as SharePoint solutions.? Knowledge of SharePoint Foundation and SharePoint Server.? Experience with industry standard QA and QC procedures.? Experience working with object oriented software development methodologies across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
