Our client is a large diversified FMCG distribution business located in Oman. We are presently assisting with their talent acquisition for the following positions:Sales Supervisors: Manage a portfolio of Food and Non Food products through a team of Sales Executives in an assigned territory. The job will entail, coaching and developing the team, route management, improvement of trade relations, managing promotional activity, collections and competitor analysis. In addition, he will identify new business opportunities in the territory in order to expand coverage and improve business.
