Main Objective of the Role:? Management of referral marketing team and activities to ensure revenue generation through referrals.Key Responsibilities:? Build and manage referral marketing team and activities? Planning and execution of referral marketing activities? Revenue generation through referral marketing? Different promotional activities like CME and conferences to increase number of referral cases? Coverage of all target markets to increase market share? Referral follow up and coordination among departments to increase patient satisfaction? Daily reporting and assessment to meet the assigned revenue targets? Performance assessment of the team?
