? Assisting the Area Authority, Issuing Authority and Performing Authority (AA, IA & PA) in the execution of their PTW duties when requested (This shall NOT include signing or issuing Permits/Certificates).? Carry out daily audits of the PTW system and provide a quality check on compliance with company policy.? Recording any lessons learned during the operation of the PTW System in the Lessons Learned Register and provide feedback to relevant departmental Team Leads.? Ensuring that PTW updates/changes are effectively communicated to all personnel.? Coaching, mentoring and training of company and contractor staff.? Ensuring that new staff are registered in the PTW register at the appropriate level.? Attend all PTW meetings.? Facilitate and participate in higher level PTW audits.? Supply accurate data and reports regarding PTW status to HES and management teams.? Reporting significant or repetitive PTW issues and areas of non-compliance to the HES Team Leader and Field Ma? Should be able to understand hazards associated with HSE critical activities, pipelines & piping construction, civil support activities, Overhead line construction, Control & Automation activities, well versed with operation & isolations of off-plot production facilities in O & G, able to co-ordinate with client, TPIs & Construction Teams (on daily basis). ).? A NEBOSH certificate will be an added advantage.
