To carry out a thorough analysis in coordination with Estimation staff and submit the techno commercial proposals as per client requirements to arrange for competitive bids in accordance with the tenders and realistic Project Planning, provide support by preparing technical specifications to the Project execution Department, Review and recommend appropriate amendments to all sections of the formal bid packages to ensure clarity of requirements from legal, commercial and technical viewpoint.
