Should be able Prepare a Bill of Quantities, which lists the individual components required to construct the interior fit out project from drawings, Cost Specification & Bid submission.Tender Management (Pre tender & post tender) Preparation of tender documents & Bid submission.Preparation of milestone schedules using MS project, Excel & Word Power point).Business development activities: Coordination with PM, Preparation of Presentations, site Reports, Tender Reports using power point.Responsible for site surveying & coordination and supervision of sub-contractors for the interior design, renovation and fitting out works Liaise and coordinate with customers, external consultants, vendors / sub-contractors for project management to ensure quality project deliveryReview and assess tenders ensuring all tender documents are received.Daily monitoring of site progress, quality and safety.
