Production Manager : Will be accountable for Production planning and process in Factory in line with the budgeted cost, agreed time and Quality standards. Coordinate with project, Design, commercial, purchase and logistics to ensure smooth work flow. Must hold a Bachelors degree in Civil or Architecture along with 10 years of experience in a major Interior /Joinery or Fit-out company.The ideal candidate should have the following skills:1. Prior 10 - 15 years experience of managing large size projects consisting tasks related to furniture, interiors or wood work. 2. Possess reputed college degree (Engineering, Carpentry, Interiors).3. Experience in all aspects of production operations.4. Excellent coordination and management skills. 5. Fluency in English.6. Possess excellent communication skills and be very presentable. 7. Must be computer literate and exposure to Production planning & ERP software are a plus.Responsibilities:1. Planning, organizing, controlling and directing production activities in Carpentry Factory.2. Managing day to day operation in shop floor accordance with Project Plan and client requirement3. Leads a team of supervisors, a large workforce of carpenters and technicians4. Coordinating with departments like Design, Procurement, Purchase and Project.5. Studying detailed construction drawings for all types of architectural and interior designs before starting the production process and advise for any changes if required.6. Set the estimated budget; monitor the Factory expenditures and financial performance 7. Efficiently use of materials, machines, and employees to minimize the costs and optimize for processes efficiency8. Review production costs and product quality, modify production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operations of the factory.9. Production follow-up like cutting, veneering, pressing, assembling, sanding, painting, delivery etc.10. Maintenance of records for factory, machines, vehicles, etc.11. Responsible for all quality assurance and maintaining HSE requirements in Carpentry Workshop.
