? Read blueprints or technical diagrams? Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems? Install, maintain, modify and repair all electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment? Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers? Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices? Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools? Utilize blueprints, wiring diagrams and manufacturer?s installation manuals to complete assigned projects? Survey electrical systems, circuits and plans? Place conduit (pipes or tubing) inside designated partitions, walls, or other concealed areas, and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes.? Locate and adjust defects in electrical systems and equipment. ? Adheres to all safety guidelines and demonstrate safe work habits and proper care of equipment and tools necessary to perform various electrical repairs tasks. ? Keep generator, lighting, and electrical systems in working order. ? Maintenance of RO plant and irrigation system? Diagnose problems and then repair/replace defective parts. Need to act quickly when a breakdown occurs, must be able to find a solution? Performs electrical maintenance and repair work; install/replace fixtures, switches, receptacles and wiring.? Maintains records and logs as needed. ? Accountable for all equipment, materials and tools on the work vehicle and job site ? Maintain fountain, swimming pool and Koi pond & attend to plumbing issues ? Maintain and check regularly garden lights fixtures and main gate automation ? Maintain all work sites clean and in order ? Maintain personal hygiene. Should be neat and well-dressed at all times.
