Duties & Responsibilities:? End-to-end ownership of the software development and implementation of IT project.? Establishment of the cross-functional teams to deliver the project.? Development and management of the detailed project plan including project planning for early delivery of software functionality.? Ensure resource availability and allocation.? Assignment of tasks to all project team members and follow-up to ensure timely task completion.? Regular reporting to project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.? Work with the business users and technical team to ensure that the scope, schedule, and budget is clear.? Identification and management of project risks and dependencies. Ensure that any risks or issues are escalated in a timely way for mitigation / resolution.? Ensure that change control is applied to the project to manage scope, schedule and budget.? Manage the communication plan to ensure that all team members are well informed.? Schedule and conduct regular project team meetings as required.? Coordinate with and manage the activities of any third parties required for completion of the project.? Ensure that the project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Minimum Qualifications & Experience:? A recognized Bachelor?s Degree in Information Technology or any similar.? 7 years? project management and implementation experience in a software development environment with projects of varying scope and size.? Experience with ERP, CRM, ECM projects is desirable.? PMP or PRINCE2 Certification, or equivalent is desirable.? Extensive experience in implementing large and complex software solutions.? Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.? Extensive experience with Microsoft Project or other project management tools.? Excellent communication, people management and technical presentation skills. ? Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in Arabic/English.? Competent in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
