Job Description:To support overall investment process for pre-investment and post-investment activities including:- Identify and analyze possible investment opportunities within Economic Free Zone - Assessment of investment opportunity through feasibility studies including assessment of demand, operational and regulatory aspects of business and economic returns - preparation of financial model along with sensitivities- preparation of investment reports considering socio-economic aspects for presenting the same to the investment committees / board- liaison with potential investors both through competitive selection route and selective identification approach- discussion and finalization of commercial agreements with potential investors- Regular overview and monitoring of investments madeQualification & Experience:- Experience - Minimum 2 years? experience. - Education - A Recognized Bachelor?s degree in Finance / Economics. MBA Finance will be an added advantage
