Interviews ON SKYPEOmans Largest Facility Management company is looking for skilled cleaning supervisors to be placed in Oman.Overall responsibility for the day-to-day cleaning operation so that the assigned area is clean and safe for people to live or work in. Still undertakes cleaning task but have additional responsibilities like administration, monitoring cleaning services, quality and supervision. Supervising: Assign cleaning areas to staff, carry out daily inspections to ensure cleaning operatives are cleaning the premises effectively.Ensure that the employees follow health and safety procedures.To train staff in the use of all equipment assigned to the location.Maintains attendance log and time-sheet for submission to the finance department, order stocks of cleaning materials and research potential developments in cleaning equipment that could improve the service provided. Responsible for ensuring that all cleaning operatives are adequately trained and that their work load is manageable
