Ensuring transactions are recorded in accordance with accounting principles and company policy for accurate and timely closing of books in ERP.Preparation and analysis of monthly MIS reports in order to meet reporting requirements on a timely basis.Assisting the Head of Finance in designing and implementation of internal controls related to AR/AP/Inventories to ensure compliance with the company policy and procedures.Compiling data and preparing reports to meet the external and internal audit requirements. He/she will also coordinate with external/internal auditors to complete the audit.Supervising and reviewing the work of accountants and providing them guidance and advice on day to day operational issues.Preparation of month end closing of the books and all month end related accruals and provisions for all Business DivisionsClosure of AP, AR and FA modules, ensuring all transactions are validated and posted before month is closed and Balance sheet and Profit and Loss account are preparedResponsible for correct presentation of all income, expenses, assets and liabilities in accordance with budgets, policies and procedure, generally accepted accounting principles and international accounting standardsMonthly preparation of Balance sheet and profit and loss account along with all the Balance sheet and P&L scheduleResponsible for ensuring data integrity in Oracle with regards to Sub ledgers and General Ledger by preparing AP/FA to GL integrity reportsPreparation of bank reconciliations on monthly basis and ensuring pending entries are cleared on timely basis Assisting with special assignment related to export linked documentation.
