? Participate in Quarterly Network Local Contractor Safety Counsel to drive HSSE mindset within the L2 & L3 contractors. Ensure compliance with company HSSE policies by the contractors through L2.? Collaboration with the business to create a cohesive annual projects programme including high-level scope and timeline.? Manage projects capex plan and phasing of projects/programmes that are prepared by the L2 Contractor including procurement of equipment?s assets.? Participate the monthly/Quarterly Performance review meeting with Engineering Manager to review the project/programme delivery including spent, milestones and HSSE and agree action plans to improve project/programme delivery performance.? Support the Businesses in Tenders by providing the technical evaluations and costing for the projects in scope. ? Act as the Technical expert and focal point in behalf of businesses with customers & vendors in regards to the engineering aspects related to the installations such design, maintenance & modifications works. ? Visits the locations on regular basis to inspect the installations conditions and verify if maintenance programs are implemented as per the requirements.? Manage the Projects setup and capex spending in GSAP. ? Attend the monthly/Quarterly Operational Reviews with the maintenance of B2B existing locations facilities to identify and solve daily operational issues and to identify (systemic) issues. ? Escalate unresolved and systemic issues to Retail Engineering manager and the Business Manager
