Responsibilities:Overall management responsibility for the exhibitions. This includes sales, marketing, promotion, administration and development of the event in order to achieve year-on-year growth in revenues, profit and visitor / exhibitor numbers and customer satisfaction scoreTo develop and implement future strategy including visitor promotion and sales campaigns (in collaboration with the sales team), show features, educational programs, cost-saving and sustainability initiativesTo develop and oversee relationships with key internal and external customers, suppliers and other third parties and drive the development of the show (e.g. supporting associations, seminar organisers and venues)To plan and implement advertising, marketing and PR campaigns and where necessary, production of copy and briefs (in collaboration with PR & Marketing department)Liaison with design agencies, printers, translators and advertising agencies regarding promotional campaignsTo lead the onsite team at each event with responsibility for risk assessment, show delivery, media relations / PR and crisis managementMarket researchSetting and controlling revenue and costs managementTo lead and motivate the show team - setting tasks and goals, providing guidance, training and support Ideal candidate profile:Proven track record of line management in the exhibitions industry and / or senior level B2B sales or marketing experience (minimum 5 years)Success in setting and achieving high-level targets for a large-scale event, managing P&L budgetsExperience of people management, building and maintaining customer relationships and delivering growth
