A private VIP client is seeking candidates for following positions to work in their Private Villa in Muscat, Oman. COOKMinimum 5 years of experience working as a Cook with high profile family / leading hotels / restaurants. Culinary diploma is preferred. Duties include: Prepare and develop recipes in accordance with the family and guests tastes, requests, nutritional needs, dietary restrictions and product specifications. Sanitation and organization of the kitchen refrigerators, pantries, drawers, including post event clean up. Responding to special requests, errands and all related duties in a timely manner. Prepare daily menus and communicate daily to each family member for selection, etc.HOUSEBOYCandidate should have good allrounder having experience in working with a private high profile client or housekeeping team, or have worked in a hotel team. The ideal candidate will have a houseman background with butler experience. Duties include housekeeping & cleaning, serving and laying the table, family laundry, answering the door, taking deliveries.LAUNDRY STAFFCandidate should have experience working with a laundry service provider or have worked in a luxury hotel laundry team. You will manage all the laundry and ironing and often manage the wardrobes. It is very important that you have experience and understand fine fabrics and materials.WAITER / WAITRESS Candidate should have experience working with a private high profile client or 5 star hotel as Waiter / Waitress. Responsibilities include lay the dining table. You should also be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with our Kitchen Staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.TAILORTailor for stitching Omani ladies / Mean's dress, who is good at cutting also.Key qualifying criteria? Previous private household or hotel experience ideally 5 star hotels.? Good communication skills.? Good Health conditions.?
