We currently require a Contract Expert/Specialist for our ongoing Oil & Gas Projects.Job Description: -? Contract, risk assessment and Claim management.? Change control, preparation of cause and effect analysis for extra work claims.? Liaise with client on various contractual issues.? Analysis of technical & commercial Post and Pre bids? identification & preparation of potential claims-total claims management with correspondence ? Conduct period Contract Performance reviews, including KPIs.? Total Contractual correspondence from tendering stage/commencement to closing. ? Budgeting, Cost Control, Project Monitoring and control of running Projects.? Contract Administration, Time extension, Claims and Dispute Resolution.
