DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :Primary responsibilities but not limited to analyzing tender documents, conducting site visits, liaising with purchasing department, raising and generating queries on tender documents, carrying out costing, preparing presentations and finalizing the tender submission documents.? Purchase and evaluate tenders.? Analyze tenders taking into account the job scope required by the client in details.? A full and detailed report to be carried out after any site visit.? Ability to complete technical presentations? To follow relevant procedures for Tender compilation, authorization and dispatch? To complete the final tender document including both technical and financial, and prepare the covering letter & conditions as instructed by the BDM / GM.? To maintain confidentiality at all times? Assist the BDM and BD team by attending client site visits and survey? Responsible for updating all spreadsheets, database to produce reports ? Responsible for all work assigned by BDMSKILLS:? Expert in Advanced excel including excel formulas.? Excellent report writing skills? Good understanding of the Operation Maintenance business? Good knowledge of MS Power point, MS Word, Visio and other Microsoft Office applications.? Excellent English communication skills? Ability to challenge positively and debate confidently? Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills? Excellent negotiation skills, based on strong commercial/financial acumen.
