? Responsible of safe & smooth operation of the Health Club.? Effective communication with Management, staff, other departments, clients & suppliers.? Plan all Health Club functions well in advance & effectively delegate jobs to relevant staff.? Maintain a set of updated price lists & other records for the department.? Prepare budgets, annual expenditure reports etc.? Train, motivate, evaluate & recommend staff.? Set & achieve membership targets of the Health Club. Maintain control over membership updates.? Ensure a best quality service is provided to all guests as per ministry regulations.? Minimize cost in the department & achieve maximum productivity.? Keep all health club equipment well in working order, ensuring safety to the clients.? Conduct periodical preventive maintenance programs to all equipment & other facilities.? Implement 5 S System in all Health Club areas for maximum productivity & visual appearance.? Maintain inventories for all heavy & light equipment of the department.? Ensure all licenses are updated in the health club, all facilities are in accordance to ministry regulations & comply with travel agent requirements.? Pay special attention on hygiene & safety of the swimming pool.? Perform any other duty entrusted by the superiors.
